Following the passing of the 42nd Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Mahood Olalekan Balogun, members of the Olubadan-in-Council convened a meeting with the designated successor, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin.
The meeting, held at Oba Olakulehin’s residence in Alalubosa on Friday morning, signifies the transition process in accordance with Ibadan chieftaincy traditions.
Among the attendees were prominent members such as the Otun of Ibadanland, Senator Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja, Oba Amidu Ajibade, Oba Adebayo Akande, and Oba Abiodun Kola-Daisi.
