BREAKING: Court orders INEC to issue certificate of return to Rochas Okorocha

An Abuja Division of the Federal High Court has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue certificate of return to Rochas Okorocha as senator-elect.

The court also awarded a sum of N200,000 against INEC.
