The Governorship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (JANDOR), has accused the state government of threatening to revoke the licences of agencies accepting his political adverts.

JANDOR spoke today in an interview with Arise TV.

He said many of the agencies had returned sums paid to them to mount PDP adverts on their billboards over threats they would have their operational licences revoked by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) government.

According to him, some of the adverts on billboards had been discontinued, with the agencies refunding unexpended amounts.

JANDOR accused the APC government in Lagos of engineering the destruction of PDP posters, banners and billboards being vandalised.
