The Ogun State-owned Security Agency , Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps, So-Safe Corps has deployed Officers and Men of the Corps to maintain already established peace in the Gateway State.
According to a release from the office of the State Commander of the Corps through the office of the Director of Information and Public Relations of the Corps Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf said that the Zonal and Area Commanders of the Corps across the length and breath of State are put on their toes to ensure that the state from Thursday, April , 28, 2022 through Monday, May 9, 2022 witnesses heavy deployment of the Corps Officers and Men to tighten the security of various communities in the State and should not give room for crime and criminalities to flourish let alone disrupt the Eid-il-Fitr Celebration.
The Officers are charged to be civil and proactive in discharging their security duties before, during and after the Eid-il-Fitr Celebration across the State.
The agency shall corroborate the effort of the Nigeria Police and other relevant security and safety agencies while many coded operations that will expose the faces of criminally minded persons shall be embarked upon with the Police.
