When the year 2019 started, we had very high hopes. Hopes that there would be a lot of celebrity marriages, hopes that our eligible bachelors would find their missing ribs and take the leap of faith into marriage.
Our hopes were dashed. These eligible bachelors have remained ‘eligible bachelors’ so much that we now doubt their eligibility.
Some of them are ripe enough and almost over ripe, some are barely ripe but definitely need to make the marriage move, some have left every Nigeria girl hoping and wishing to be the chosen one, hence a need for them to go off the market, while some are just due.
Well, 2019 has practically ended and we are transferring all our hopes and expectations to the coming year 2020. The year we want to send these men off the eligible bachelors market.
Don Jazzy : Ripe. Overripe. Don Jazzy has refused to make up his mind about marriage. With an empire in his name, a very successful career, and being one of the richest and most accomplished producers in Africa, we can’t help but wonder why it is taking Don Jazzy this long to find the one. 2020 is here and we hope he finds the one and walks the walk.
Wizkid : Ripe, but not overripe, still Wizkid has to join the league of married men soon. With three sons already, the young eligible bachelor might not really feel the need to be tied down to one woman, but who knows, this might just be what he needs.
Praiz : Another ripe eligible bachelor who is still terrorising the ladies with good looks and good music. Dear Praiz, enough is enough, 2020 is your year.
Lynxxx : He is the Chairman of the Sweet boy association, maybe not in writing but just look at the total package, then check out the list of an average girl! Lynx is every lady’s dream. Dear Lynxxx, please link up with one and let the others know their fate. We beg you.
Alexx Ekubo : Actor **** model. Good looks plus great body, successful and ripe. Dear Alexx what more are you waiting for? We really want to know!
Timaya : One of Nigeria’s most eligible bachelors who seems to have no interest in tieing the knot for reasons best known to them. With three children from two baby mamas, Timaya seems to have settled into a routine with the mother of his son. Maybe he has found the one and maybe, just maybe he will take the next step come 2020.
Harrysong : Another eligible bachelor who has refused to do the marriage deed in 2019. We definitely hope Harry song leaves the baby boy corner and join the men in 2020!
Jidenna : Even while in diaspora, he has left our ladies hoping to become Mrs Jidenna. Yes hearts will be broken, but we are assured they will mend again, so dear Jidenna, pick a girl, tie the knot and let the rest know their fate! It is important as many biological blocks are ticking!
