An Award-winning Playwright and Broadcaster, Mr. Dare Adedotun wants the votes of members of the Association of Nigerian Authors ANA), Ogun State for the post of Public Relations Officer.
The incumbent Chairman, Engr. Paul Oni who is seeking re-election has Dr. Chris Omotosho as his only challenger.
In a statement released by the Chairman Electoral Committee, Dr. Sola Adetutu and obtained by our correspondent, other candidates include Pastor (Mrs.) Mopelọla Arowoṣafẹ and Princess Oyeronke Oyebolu who want the Treasurer job.
Other contestants are Dr Lucky Aikabeli, Olori Bunmi Ọlatidoye and Mr. Passover Adeṣina.
The election is billed for Saturday 11th December, 2021.
ANA is a non-profit organization that promotes Nigerian literature. Founded in 1981 during a conference convened by Nigerian novelist late Prof. Chinua Achebe, it represents creative writers at home and abroad.
