The Ogun state government has assured members of the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters’ Association of Nigeria, (FIBAN), Ogun state chapter of its supports at all time.
The Senior Special Adviser to the governor on media, Honourable Remmy Hassan said this when members of Ogun state FIBAN, led by its chairman, Comrade Olufemi Omilani paid him a courtesy call at his office today.
The chairman had led some members of the association on a courtesy call to the SSA on media to congratulate him on his recent appointment by governor Dapo Abiodun and also to familiarize the association with the new government.
While briefing the SSA, Omilani also notified him of the coming OGUN FIBAN WEEK, which the association is working towards as well as the presidential visit of the national president of the association, Comrade Desmond Nwachukwu and members of the national executive.
In his remarks, Honourable Remmy Hassan said the Ogun state government is ready to partner with FIBAN in key areas that will benefit both parties and will be eager to support the activities of the association in the state.
