Ogun Assembly To Screen Nominees For Commissioners, SUBEB On Wednesday

The Ogun State House of Assembly will on Wednesday, 7th October, 2020 screen all nominees of the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, for the positions of Chairmen and members including the Ogun State Civil Service Commission, House of Assembly Service Commission, Local Government Service Commission, Teaching Service Commission and State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

A release signed by the Clerk of the House of Assembly and Head of Legislative Services, Mr ‘Deji Adeyemo indicated that the screening and subsequent approval of the nominees by the House, which remained a constitutional provision, would assist the Governor to constitute the Commissions and Board in furtherance of his quest towards improving the quality of service delivery to the people.

The release enjoined all the nominees to come along with thirty (30) copies each of their curriculum vitae and photocopies of their credentials with the originals, while ensuring strict adherence with the covid -19 protocol.

The venue of the event is the Conference Room 215 of the State House of Assembly Complex, Oke- Mosan, Abeokuta at 12 noon prompt.
