House of Representatives Member, Isa Dogonyaro, Passes Away

The House of Representatives has announced the death of Hon. Isa Dogonyaro, a member representing the Babura/Garki Federal Constituency of Jigawa State in the 10th Assembly. Dogonyaro passed away on Friday after a brief illness.

According to a statement by the House of Representatives spokesperson, Hon. Akin Rotimi, Dogonyaro was a dedicated legislator who served his constituents and the nation with commitment.

He contributed significantly to legislation, particularly in the area of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Control, and was known for his integrity, diligence, and dedication to the welfare of the Nigerian people.

Dogonyaro is survived by his wives and children. The House of Representatives has extended its condolences to his family, constituents, colleagues, and the people of Jigawa State, and has prayed for strength and comfort for all who mourn his passing. Details of his funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.
