The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D, has congratulated the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as she clocks 63 on Thursday, describing her as the mother of the nation.
Speaker Abbas hailed the wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for her exploits both within the National Assembly as a member of the Senate for three terms and as leader of the womenfolk in the country.
While noting that Mrs. Tinubu’s life is worthy of emulation, especially by the female youth in Nigeria, Speaker Abbas commended the First Lady for being a strong, reliable and dependable pillar in the life of the President.
The Speaker, who also noted that Senator Tinubu has been a philanthropist par excellence, said the Renewed Hope Initiative, the pet project of the First Lady, is billed to impact more lives positively across the country, especially women and children.
Speaker Abbas wished her greater achievements in the years ahead, in good health and sound mind.
