EFCC Nabs 13 Internet Fraud Suspects in Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 13 suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja. The suspects, comprising 12 males and one female, were apprehended at the Kubwa axis of Abuja based on intelligence reports of their involvement in internet-related crimes.

During the arrest, operatives recovered 12 phones and laptops from the suspects. They will face charges in court once investigations are complete.

The EFCC’s Abuja Zonal Command is handling the case and working to combat internet fraud and other financial crimes in the region.
