Breaking: Supreme Court commences judgment on Kano guber appeal

The Supreme Court has commenced judgment on the Kano State governorship appeal.

Governor Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP is challenging the decision of the lower court which nullified his election and declared Nasiru Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress the winner of the election.

Justice John Okoro is reading the lead judgment as of the time of filing this report.
