Governor Babagana Umara Zulum had on Tuesday morning launched the second batch of the disbursement of soft loans to 1,091 small and medium trader beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries who are small scale traders from Tashan Bama have benefitted N30,000 loan each. The scheme is aimed at empowering traders, and the most vulnerable members of the society who are economically active to enable them become meaningful members of the society.
