Two Lives Lost, Three Injured in Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode Crash

A devastating road accident has claimed the lives of two people and left three others injured on the Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode road. The tragic incident occurred on Sunday at approximately 11:28 am.

According to reports, an Ash Howo Truck and a Blue Toyota Camry car were involved in the collision, which was attributed to excessive speed and loss of control.

Five individuals were involved in the accident, including one male and four females.

Unfortunately, one male and one female succumbed to their injuries, while the three surviving females were rushed to General Hospital in Ijebu Ode for treatment.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has urged motorists to exercise caution and avoid overspeeding to prevent such tragic incidents.

The Sector Commander, CC Anthony Uga, offered condolences to the families of the victims and reiterated the importance of safe driving practices.
