The newly appointed Osun State Commissioner for Cooperatives and Empowerment, Hon. Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe resumed office today with a pledge that he and his team of professionals would live up to expectations of the people by selling the brand called Osun State.
The Ministry of Cooperative and Empowerment welcomed the newly appointed Hon. Commissioner, Bayo Ogungbangbe, as he assumes office with a firm determination to enhance the productivity of the ministry as well as ensure that Governor Adeleke’s vision in the area of empowerment is fulfilled.
Addressing management and staff of the Ministry at a short reception held in his honour Ogungbangbe call for total cooperation and support of the workers to enhance the productivity of the ministry as well as fulfilling Governor Adeleke’s vision in the area of empowerment.
In his Inaugural Speech, Hon. Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe charged all the workers in the ministry to give their total cooperation and support to their work.
He also charged them to embrace renewed passion and commitment to the ideals of hard work to drive the ministry towards maximum success.
The Commissioner assured the workers that there will be cordial relationships among everyone to enable a conducive environment for the achievement of the State Government empowerment agenda given to the ministry.
He equally appreciated the Executive Governor of Osun State, Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke for the confidence reposed in him to be part of the Imole project, a project engineered to rebuild Osun state and take her to her rightful place.
The Hon. Commissioner, who was accompanied by the State PRO of the Party Hon. Ayodeji Areola, his wife Princess Oyenike Ogungbangbe, friends, family and well-wishers was welcomed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr Oladapo Olagunju who spoke on behalf of the entire staffs, expressed their readiness to support the Commissioner and prayed for a successful tenure of the Commissioner in office.
