Ogun Deputy Governor Assures Of Speedy Completion Of Atan-Lusada-Igbesa Road

… Meets stakeholders in Agbara

Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele has met with industrialists, stakeholders and residents of Agbara, OPIC and Eedu communities in the Ado-Odo Ota local government area of the state, assuring that the ongoing Atan-Lusada-Igbesa road will soon be completed so as to bring the desired development in the area.

The Deputy Governor made this disclosure during a Stakeholders Engagement with Businesses, Investors and Residents of Agbara/OPIC/EDU areas held at The OPIC estate Agbara.

Engr. Salako-Oyedele who was accompanied by some state executives to include the Commissioners for works and Infrastructure, Engr. Ade Akinsanya, Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Mrs Kikelomo Longe, Commissioner for Transportation, Engr. Gbenga Dairo and Managing Director, (MD), Ogun State Property Investment Corporation, Architects Fari Arole, who formed members of the interactive panel, said government is doing everything possible to complete the road as soon as possible.

According to the Deputy Governor, Ado-Odo Ota is the industrial local government of the country and gateway to the nation’s economy therefore the Prince Dapo Abiodun administration will leave no stone unturned to ensure its unrivaled development.

She noted that residents of Ado-Odo Ota local government, contributed majority of votes recorded during elections in the state, calling for their support at forthcoming gubernatorial election in order to re-elect Prince Dapo Abiodun into office as well as bring more development to the area.

In their various summations during the panelist session, members of the state executive council enumerated Governments plans for the development of Agbara including ensuring it is connected to all the seaports and airports in the country.

Earlier in his remarks, Chairman, Ado-Odo Ota local government Hon. Sheriff Musa noted that the current administration in the state supports the growth of industries and investments in the state, hence the reason for the Engagement to determine where there was need for governments urgent intervention.
