UNIOSUN Postpones Rain Semester Examinations

…Restates Commitment to the production of entrepreneurial graduates

The Management of Osun State University on Monday, 25th July 2022 postponed the 2021/2022 Rain Semester examinations scheduled to commence on Monday, 1st August 2022 to Monday, 15th August 2022 to allow the students to complete their entrepreneurship programme.

 

Speaking on the postponement, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ayo Clement Adebooye said the University is highly committed to creating a unique institution that is committed to the pursuit of academic innovation, skill-based training and a tradition of excellence in Teaching, Research and Community service, hence the reason for the postponement for the students to be able to complete their entrepreneurship programme, as well as conclude the activities of the student’ associations.

 

The new date for the commencement of the examination is now Monday, 15th August 2022.

 

“We believe that the shift will give students another opportunity to learn, practicalize some skills learnt and complete the activities of the students’ association week.”

 

“All parents and guardians are hereby implored to use this window of opportunity to ensure their children/wards complete their registration for examination on or before midnight on Friday, 12th August 2022 as the University portal for registration will close by midnight on that day.”
