Chelsea have warned Real Madrid they will have to smash their transfer record, to sign Eden Hazard this summer, according to the UK Telegraph.

Hazard has 18 months to run on his deal at Stamford Bridge and is mulling over a move to the Bernabeu.

The LaLiga giants were keen on signing Hazard last summer, but manager Maurizio Sarri convinced him to stay in West London.
