…says Governor will surpass people’s expectations
The chairmanship candidate of the Articulated Motorcycle and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun State, Mr. Adekunle Michael (a.k.a Power Mike) has commended Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State on the success recorded at the Ogun East Senatorial District Town Hall Meeting in Ijebu Ode on Thursday towards the preparation of the 2020 budget.
In a release from his media office, the AMORAN chairmanship candidate said the meeting will afford the people of Ogun State the opportunity to make vital inputs towards the preparation of the 2020 budget.
Michael said the Town Hall Meeting will assist Governor Abiodun-led administration to be able to strategically allocate resources towards projects and programmes that will have maximum impact on the people.
“The Dapo Abiodun-led administration must be commended for organising a Town Hall Meeting where the people of Ogun State will have the opportunity to make contributions towards the preparation of the 2020 budget. It is a pointer to the fact that that Governor Abiodun is a true democrat.
“To achieve a better Ogun State, the citizens must be allowed to make meaningful contributions in the day-to-day running of the government and that is what Governor Abiodun has done. Once again, he has brought his leadership acumen into bear.
“Governor Abiodun has started well. His contributions in various fields to the socio-economic development of the state since he was sworn in speaks volume of his readiness to better the lives of the people of the Gateway state. I have no doubt in my mind that he will surpass people’s expectations.”
