Tinted Vehicles Banned on Danfodiyo Versity Campuses

The Management of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, sokoto has on Wednesday 11th, March 2020 through the security department issued out circular informing the general public and the University communities on the banned of tinted vehicles in all Campuses of the institution.

The circular which was signed by the Chief Security officer, Col. A.Y Gwangu (rtd) with the heading “Restriction on the use of tinted vehicles on UDUS campus by students and the general public”, also enjoined all staff of the institution not to extend the permit that may be issued to them to their wards.

It reads in parts ‘ The University Management has observed with dismay the flagrant use of tinted vehicles on the University Campuses. Consequently, students are hereby warned to henceforth desist from using tinted vehicles on the Campuses as failure to do so would attract appropriate action against the user”.

“Staff are enjoined to note that the permit that may be issued to them on the use of tinted vehicles doen not extend to their wards”.
