The NYSC FCT Coordinator, Alhaji Abdul Suleman, has enjoined corps members to take advantage of the NYSC Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) in order to develop a culture of self reliance and sustainable job creation.
The Coordinator, who was represented by the Camp Director, Mr John Yusuf, added that the SAED Programme is a platform that enhances the accessibility to resources for skill acquisition and entrepreneurship of corps members towards the realization of national development.
He further urged the corps members to identify at least one skill to learn during the Orientation Course and during the post-camp training.
Highlights of the event were the introduction of the SAED trainers by the Assistant Director SAED, Mrs Grace Elabor and the exhibition of products and services by the trainers as well as the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) lectures by Mrs Amina Alagbe of the National Directorate of Employment.
