The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps also known as So-Safe Corps has deployed nothing less than 1000 specially trained Officers and Men of the agency to ensure peaceful and hitch free Eid-il-Fitri Celebration in Ogun State.
This is contained in press release issued from the office of the State Commander of the Corps, Commander (Dr) Soji Ganzallo through the Office of the Director of Information and Public Relations of the Corps, Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf, stating that the operation commenced on Wednesday 19th.April 2023 through Sunday 23rd April, 2023.
Commander Ganzallo said that the Zonal and Area Commanders of the Corps across the length and breadth of the State has been instructed to deploy nothing less than a thousand of officers and men expected to work with the Director of Operation of the Corps to make our communities more secured.
Ganzallo noted that Officers and Men shall collaborate with the Nigeria Police, Ogun State Command and other sister’s agencies to record one of the best in terms of secured Eid Celebration in the State.
Ganzallo, in the mood of the celebration, asks all Muslim faithfuls to meditate on the teachings and ethics of Ramadan by living in peace and harmony with people in the community at large.
Ganzallo also advise that both Muslims and well wishers should use the Eid-el-fitri to pray for the safety and security of all and sundry, while emphasizing that security is everybody’s business.
