So-Safe Corps Apprehend father, son for stealing in Ogun

The Ogun State-owned Security outfit known as Ogun State So-Safe last weekend apprehended a father and his son for stealing from the farm which belongs to the late Alh Moruf Kaka at Ihunbo in Ipokia Local Government Area in the State.

A press release issued from the office of the State Commander of So-Safe Corps, Commander (Dr) Soji Ganzallo, through the office of the Director of Information and Public Relations of the Corps, Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf, said that Mr Abioro Weniwon, 75 years old, and his son Zaccheous Abioro, 27 years old, who reside at opposite Ori-Oke Junction, Ihunbo in Ipokia Local Government Area were apprehended for allegedly stealing two landed survey papers, 1 C-Caution item and Aluminium window frames.

Ganzallo further revealed that the suspects confessed committing the crime and that the stolen items were sold to a scrab dealer named Bapa Madaki, a 32 years old who was later apprehended.

Ganzallo noted that the suspects, the buyer and the exhibit had been transfered to the Nigeria Police, Idiroko Divisional Headquarters for further investigation and likely prosecution.
