Senator Solomon Adeola (APC, Ogun West), the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has congratulated the Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, on his landslide victory in the recently concluded Ondo State governorship election.

In a statement signed by his Media Adviser, Chief Kayode Odunaro, Senator Adeola also extended his felicitations to the newly elected local government chairmen and councilors in Ogun State.

He described the triumph of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in both elections as a testament to the widespread support for the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by the APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Speaking on the victories, Senator Adeola stated, “The results of these elections underscore the trust Nigerians have in President Tinubu’s reformist agenda and the progressive ideals of the APC. The benefits of the Renewed Hope Agenda are already evident and will soon spread widely to the masses.”

Senator Adeola, who participated in the grand finale campaign rally for Governor Aiyedatiwa and also cast his vote during the Ogun State local government elections, emphasized that the APC’s success reflects the people’s confidence in its leadership and policies.

He urged Governor Aiyedatiwa to sustain the progressive agenda of the APC in Ondo State, noting that his re-election represents an endorsement of his achievements over the past 10 months and the legacy of the late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.

“I encourage Governor Aiyedatiwa to continue his commendable work, as his victory is a recognition of his contributions to the state and the solid foundation laid by his predecessor,” Adeola said.

Addressing the newly elected local government leaders in Ogun State, Senator Adeola called for their collaboration with the state government under the leadership of Governor Dapo Abiodun.

He reiterated his commitment to ensuring that the APC delivers tangible dividends of democracy to the people.

“All newly elected leaders in Ogun’s local governments should work closely with the state government to meet the expectations of the people. Together, we will build on the achievements of the APC and provide lasting development,” he added.

The senator concluded by reaffirming his dedication to supporting APC’s reform agenda, promising continuous efforts to improve the lives of Nigerians.
