The Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED), has kicked-off its hands-on sessions on Wednesday 13th November, 2019 at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede.

SAED, an initiative programme of the NYSC engaged the Batch C Stream I corps members in the hands-on training on different skills set and sub-skill sets to aid their journey to self reliance.

The programme featured skills such as cosmetology, agro-allied, construction, food processing, culture and tourism, ICT, power and energy, tailoring, tie and dye, customizing, paint making, 3D painting, among others. Corps members were given the privilege to choose the skill of their choice.

The Head of SAED, Mrs. Femi-Ajayi encouraged corps members to get involved in cooperative savings which will further help them to have source of capital for their businesses at the end of their service year.
