Onitafin Seeks Monarch’s Collaboration For Community Development

The Onitafin of Orile Tafin in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oba Morufu Alani – Adebayo, has called for effective collaborations between traditional rulers in the country, in regardless of their city, region, or state to bring more development to the people.

Oba Adebayo, made this appeal during a royal visit to the Olowu of Owu Kuta, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama at his Osun State palace on Tuesday.

He however called for the cooperation of all traditional rulers to facilitate unprecedented development in communities within and outside their kingdoms.

He said, “it gives me joy and great pleasure to be here today on a royal visit to one of the referred traditional ruler in Osun State”.

“I must acknowledge the kindness and versatility of the Olowu of Owu Kuta, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, in sustaining the mutual relationship with other traditional rulers within and outside the state”.

“To this end, it is important for me to call on all traditional across the nation to remain as one for the best interest of our subjects”.

“It is time for all traditional rulers to be in good and cordial relationship with one another as this will bring unprecedented development in our communities and beyond”.

“Let me once again appreciate the Olowu of Owu Kuta for receiving me and my entourage today as it will be the beginning of a long lasting mutual benefits”, he added.

While speaking, the Oluwu of Owu Kuta, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, appreciated the team, led by the Onitafin of Orile Tafin, Oba Morufu Alani Adebayo, for the visit, described it as a pointer in the right direction.

He however assured the Ogun State based monarch of his kingdom’s collaboration and cooperation to further entrench peaceful coexistence and unity.

“It gives me great pleasure to have in my palace, the Onitafin of Orile Tafin, Oba Morufu Alani Adebayo from Osun State”.

“I am assuring you and the Orile Tafin community of my kingdom’s collaboration for effective development”.

“The relationship between traditional institution is important to be maintained in the best interest of our people and the society at large”, Oba Makama said

Among the traditional rulers in the royal visit was the Onitafin of Orile Tafin, Oba Morufu Alani Adebayo, Oba Ismaila Gbadamosi, Fabunmi II, Olaa of Ajagunlase, Oba Kazeem Adio, Ori Oye Oyediran II, Onigege of Gege, Oba Asimiyu Sodiq Agboluwaji, Ologburo of Ogburo, Chief Adebowale Ashimiyu, Baale of Areegba, among others.
