In a bid to enhance security operations within the Ogere community, Oba James Obafemi Saliu, the Ologere of Ogere, has generously donated a Toyota Sienna bus to the Ogere Police Divisional Headquarters.

This contribution comes as part of the week-long celebrations marking the one-year anniversary of the Oba’s reign.

During his coronation last year, Oba Saliu pledged to prioritize the security of his people, a commitment he has upheld through initiatives like this donation.

Additionally, he has provided a well-furnished security building for the joint utilization of various paramilitary groups in the community.

An esteemed philanthropist and successful businessman, the Oba has assured the community of more projects aimed at their welfare.

He urges all Ogere citizens to uphold the law and support the efforts of both the Palace and security agencies in maintaining adequate security.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Ogere Police Division, Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alamutu Abiodun, commends Oba Saliu’s generosity and pledges to utilize the vehicle effectively.

He calls upon other well-meaning individuals to follow suit by supporting law enforcement agencies with necessary equipment and intelligence to combat crime effectively.

Community members have lauded the Oba’s remarkable achievements within just one year of his reign, considering themselves fortunate to have him as their leader.
