The Senior Consultant to the Ogun State Governor on Media, Comrade Tunde Oladunjoye, has commiserated with the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, on the death of Comrade Anuoluwapo Adekoya, a member of Ogun State Information Chapel of the Council.

In a message of condolence conveyed to the Chairman of NUJ, Comrade Wale Olarenwaju, Oladunjoye, described the news of the death of the female journalist as “shocking, to say the least”

“As a member of the NUJ, this sad news coming towards the end of the year that has been most memorable and colourful to NUJ, has left a sour taste in my mouth and I am personally pained”, Oladunjoye said in the terse message on Thursday night.

“Of course, we cannot question God, we can only accept this sad incident as the wish of Almighty God, pray for the repose of the soul of the departed, while also praying to God to grant the colleagues, families and friends she left behind, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”, the statement concluded
