… as Oginni vows to deal with impostors

The National Working Committe of Young Progressive Party has announced the sack of Asiwaju Ademola Adesina as the Ogun state chairman of the party..

The eleven members of NWC which signed after the congress of the party in Abuja said the leadership of the party in Ogun should return to status quo.

The NWC stressed that the appointment of Adesina as the state chairman which was facilitated by late Buruji Kashamu has now been reversed following the death of the former senator.

The NWC noted that Tolu Ajayi who was the chairman before the agreement should take over leadership in the state.

Similarly, Ajayi in a video made available to newsmen in Abekuta said the Ogun State YPP has returned to the status-quo.

The YPP chairman emphasised that all the eleven members of the National Working Committee affirmed that Ogun YPP should be taken away from the Adesina and returned immediately to the original State Executives led by Prince Tolu Ajayi .

The Chairman of YPP in the video also said that the Leadership of the Party at the National Level is returning the party in the State to the original members to convince the Ogun State IPAC Chairman, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday that they did not receive the N5Million Naira he accused them of receiving from Late Senator Buruji Kashamu.

Prince Ajayi in the video claimed that they are getting back the Party from an alleged stooge of late Kashamu because all the promises of “ OMO ILU” structures and offices for Ogun YPP is no longer visible with the sudden death of the Senator.

He explained that the the promises of Late Kashamu is the major reasons why they made huge sacrifices of their positions and authorities in the Party is now overtaken by events and time.

He however noted that YPP as a Party is not in existence because of IPAC positions.

He said, “Our letter has been duly received by the national chairman and he was happy about the development and the energy that we all have to the growth and development of our party.

” Also his attention has been taken to a blog by Oginni Olaposi that said the party was purchased by Senator Buruji Kashamu, we
stood against it; our party was not purchase.

” The national chairman did not take any money from Senator Buruji Kashamu, it was only in the interest of the growth and development of the party and entirely southwest that this action has taken place. But, God knows the best that the Senator leave the world so early, and untimely.

“So, whatever discussion and arrangement made so far is now subjected to how we can see how possible it is to match on with our party.

“What we have really sacrificed, our position is no longer existing because the person that promised to do a lot for the party is no more. To that effect, the NWC has agreed to change the situation and return back to status quo.

” The eleven members that constitute our NWC signed here and on Friday this week again in Ogun state to discuss how far we have gone.

” We would be inviting our chairman that has been sent in from Mega party by senator Buruji Kashamu to meet him over again and make him see clearly our intention and our conclusion as a party.

” Our decision is final and we are moving forward because of our party. Our party is not existing because of IPAC, or Buruji Kashamu, our party is exiting because we have bought light and open new door for the people of Ogun state.”

Meanwhile, the IPAC chairman in the state, Olaposi Oginni congratulated the Leadership of YPP on the great feat of reclaimed Victory over despotism.

Oginni described the sack of Adesina as triumph of light over darkness.

The IPAC chairman however warned impostors to desist from impersonating the leadership of IPAC in the state.

He noted, “it’s victory for all lovers of justice and fair play. The ultimate sack of ADEDAMOLA ADESINA from political leadership is a triumph of light over darkness.

” Ogun IPAC is today getting respite from impostors and political merchants. All hands are on deck to ensure that any form of political madness are nip in the bud.

“Henceforth, any one or group of people who try to impersonate the officers of Ogun State IPAC shall be dealt with according to the law of the land.”
