The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has approved the immediate rehabilitation of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic road in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
According to a release made available by Mr. Yemi Ajibola, Head of Public Relations & Protocol, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and obtained by Tropic Reporters Correspondent in Abeokuta stated that the State Government has directed the Ogun State Public Works Agency (OGPWA) to commence some palliative activities in the premises to find lasting solution for smooth vehicular mobility within and axis of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta.
The Project, which was recently approved by the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun MRF, will be extended from the school gate to Iyana-Oloke upon completion of the internal measures.
Road users are, therefore, urged to exercise patience and take caution on the portions marked for diversion to avoid collision or accidents.
However, it has become an offence for anyone to drive against the traffic by the roundabout while exiting the campus, as defaulter would be sanctioned and prosecuted.
