OGUN AD ASSEMBLY CANDIDATE, OLUMIDE AWOLOWO WINS FIBAN MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD

It was an epoch making event today Thursday 31st January, 2019 held Ogun State Chapter of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria held it’s award presentation marking another calendar year for the association.

The event which was monitored by members of FIBAN both in the state and national.

The event also has Hon. Peter Olumide Awolowo as nominees alongside with Sunday ogunsola known as Tantala and Adelani Ayobami Akanji Oba PEDEPEDE

The Ogun Assembly candidate from Abeokuta South Constituency 1 under the umbrella of Alliance for Democracy (AD),  Afenifere Olumide Peter Awolowo emerged winner with 12votes ahead of other nominees in the category to win THE FIBAN MAN OF THE YEAR 2018 as Ayobami Akanji Aeelani Oba PEDEPEDE got 10votes, while Sunday ogunsola got 4votes.

According to Olumide Awolowo “This is d first ever award I  got in d history of fiban ogun state, for over two decades in d Association”.

The award was presented to him by Elder Ashamu Akinrinde(PIONEER CHAIRMAN OF FIBAN, OGUN STATE)

While accepting the honour done unto him,  Olumide Awolowo thereafter used the opportunity to appreciate the organisers and members of FIBAN that voted for his to emerge as FIBAN MAN OF THE YEAR 2018.
