NTA Abeokuta Praises Ogun Assembly for Effective Collaboration with Executive

The Ogun State House of Assembly has received accolades from NTA management for its exemplary synergy with the executive arm, fostering good governance and democratic dividends for the people.

The General Manager, NTA Abeokuta, Mr. Kehinde Onada, gave the commendation, during a courtesy call on the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta.

Mr. Onada, who acknowledged the peaceful manner in which the Assembly had been conducting its legislative business and other oversight functions, solicited more collaboration from the State lawmakers in the coverage and reportage of their activities to the people.

According to him, their recent activities had become part of the national programmes on the NTA network with positive feedback on their legislative functions.

Responding, the Speaker thanked the management team of the station for giving the needed publicity to all its activities, promising to collaborate with the station for more enlightenment programmes on the legislature and its pivotal role in a democracy.
