Lagos to begin extended okada ban on September 1

Lagos state government says no going back on the okada ban in 4 more LGAs and 6 LCDAs as enforcement begins tomorrow.

Violators are liable to 3 years imprisonment, both riders, and passengers. Police and other security agencies are to be deployed for enforcement.

200 last-mile buses according to the State Government will be deployed to affected areas.
