The Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has dissociated itself from an unsigned and undated statement in circulation requesting some categories of graduates to visit the TESCOM office with their Certificates and CVs for employment.
A release signed by the Chairman, Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Mrs. Elizabeth Olabisi Ariyo, described the statement as fake and a figment of the imagination of those behind it, stressing that neither the Commission nor any of the State Government Agencies issued the statement.
She emphasised that TESCOM Teachers’ Recruitment is strictly done online through the registration portal: jobs.lagosstate.gov.ng, which was opened on Monday, July 19, 2021, and closed on Saturday, July 31, 2021.
While enjoining the general public to disregard the statement in its entirety, Mrs. Ariyo assured that the Commission will always make official announcements relating to teachers’ recruitments through the official Lagos State recognised medium.
