Abeokuta – Josdoc Properties, renowned for its expertise in land banking, has been honored with the 2024 Ogun Most Outstanding Award for Leadership and Excellence in Land Banking.
The award was presented as part of the Ogun Achievers Awards 2024, an event powered by Hintz Media aimed at celebrating outstanding achievements in various sectors.
Held recently in Abeokuta, the Ogun Achievers Awards 2024 marked its fourth edition, bringing together professionals, corporate bodies, and community role models.
The awards aim to recognize those who contribute significantly to Ogun State’s economy and growth, particularly by positively impacting the youth and the wider community.
Describing the ceremony, Hintz Media emphasized its global reach in celebrating notable achievements and commended Josdoc Properties as a leader in land banking.
The awards also highlight the influence of innovative contributions across various industries in Ogun State.
Mrs. Yinka Ade Ojerinde, the Executive Director of Corporate Services for Josdoc Properties, delivered an emotional acceptance speech, dedicating the award to God and to one of their prominent clients, Mr. Jamiu Shorunke, who resides in the United Kingdom.
Themed “Celebrating Impact and Encouraging Positive Efforts Towards Building a Progressing State,” the event featured keynote addresses from prominent personalities, including Mrs. Abidemi Adeyemi and Barrister Habeeb Ibidapo Whyte, who emphasized the importance of community engagement and progressive efforts.
Other awardees at the event included Evergreen DJ Revolution, who received the Ogun Most Outstanding Award for Most Rated Disc Jockey of the Year; Edun Olamilekan Adewale, recognized as the Influential Male of the Year; Okunade Noah, CEO of 2Gether Communication, honored for Integrity in Leadership and Business of the Year; and Akinola Olaleken, celebrated as the Leadership and Integrity Man of the Year.
