Abeokuta – In continuation of their awareness tour to critical stakeholders, media professionals and entrepreneurs in Ogun State, known as Integrity Campaign Team visited the Managing Director of Wokcity Restaurant, Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta, Mrs. Funmilayo Lewis.
Stressing that the Gateway State has the highest number of tertiary institutions in Nigeria, the group said it saw the need to spread the message of patriotism and integrity to the youths on whose shoulders the future of Nation rests.
The team, led by Mr. Dare Adedotun added that the Integrity Campaign 2.0 would be a video-shoot by Undergraduates across the State, with assigned themes on integrity, touching key aspects of national and individual lives.
He let out that the première of the packaged video alongside a lecture by the CEO of the National Library of Nigeria, Prof. Lenrie Olatokunbo Aina alongside other activities would be held on Sunday 29th September, 2019 at the Auditorium, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta.
On his part, the team’s Logistics and Planning Officer, Mr. Waheed Ogunjobi informed the Wokcity Restaurant’s MD that the whole idea would challenge the young ones to embrace moral and ethical principles.
In her response, Mrs. Funmilayo Lewis commended the team, reiterating the need for all hands to be on deck in building a morally upright society while pledging her outfit’s support and partnership to the integrity campaign.
