The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has postponed the 2023 gubernatorial and house of assembly elections slated for Saturday, 11th March, 2023 to 18th March, 2023.

Reports say INEC is yet to reconfigure the Bimodal Verification System, BVAS which has caused contest from various political parties contesting in the election to access the system.

It would be recalled that the Appeal Court had earlier today given directives to the Commission to reconfigure the BVAS, in preparation for the governorship and house of Assembly elections.
