The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has cleared air on Electronic Transmission of Results
In a statement released by the spokesperson to the commission, Festus Okoye says INEC is not contemplating reverting to the manual process of result transmission.
According to him, some have interpreted the explanation of the results management procedure to mean that the commission has jettisoned the electronic transmission of results and reverted to the manual process.
