The inauguration of the Tenth House of Assembly of the Ogun State will hold on Tuesday, 13th June, 2023, following the dissolution of the Ninth Assembly and the issuance of proclamation for the holding of the first session of the Tenth Assembly by Governor Dapo Abiodun.
A release by the Clerk\Head of Legislative Service, Mr. ‘Deji Adeyemo indicated that the inauguration, which was in line with Section 105(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, (as amended), would include election of presiding officers and the administration of Oaths on Members-elect from the 26 State Constituencies.
According to the release, the event would take place at the Hallowed Chamber of the Assembly Complex, Oke Mosan at 10:00a.m. prompt.
The release further enjoined the Members-elect, Guests and other Government Functionaries to be seated by 9.30a.m. prompt.
