Hon. Olawale Fadipe Hosts Constituents, Describes Women As Key Pillar In A Society

Women have been described as key pillar any society desires for its development nothing that women comprises almost half of the country’s population and that they should be provided with opportunity to realise their potentials.

This charge was made by Hon. Olawale Ishola Fadipe an Indigene of Abeokuta from Lerin, Mauko in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State and an Ogun State House of Assembly contestant for in 2019 election at an event organized to appreciate his campaign women forum tagged, “Olawale Ishola Fadipe Women Group”.

The event held on Friday at 5/5 Lounge, Ibara, Abeokuta, Ogun State has in attendance distinguished personalities, leaders of the party, Hon. Ayo (solution) Odeda APC Chairman , Deacon, Shobowale, Alhaji Lawal, Hon. Rotimi Rahmon Arugbo and distinguish personalities

In his address, Hon. Ishola Olawale Fadipe appreciated women who were playing a very constructive role as political stakeholders, professionals in various sectors, apart from fulfilling their traditional responsibilities at home.

He said, “Women are a key pillar of any society. Our country can never progress if women comprising almost half of the country’s population remain deprived of opportunities that can help them realise their potential,”

“This project to celebrate this year 2021 Christmas and end of the year party have stated since Thursday where we were at Excellent Acheivers Private school to celebrate Christmas with the kids and encourage them to stay focus to achieve a brighter future and become someone the country will be proud of in the nearest future”.

“During our visit we packaged some sovernir for the kids to mark there Christmas Carol, and donation of N50, 000 was also made to the school while we promise to do more”.

Our gathering here today is part of our activities as the year is winding up to also to celebrate our women of essence and value for their contributions towards the progress of our party and the country as a whole”.

Hon. Fadipe however charged women and those eligible to vote to take advantage of the continuous voters registration platform created by Independent National Electorial Commission so as to be able to participate in electorial processes.

He said, “I urge you all to get your permanent voters card PVC to allow you have access to voting power and to ensure good governance”.

In a speech by the Special Guest of Honour, Hon. Rotimi Rahmon Arugbo charge Hon. Fadipe not to rest in his quest for a good society through his different initiatives and programmes.

He said, “I want to encourage Hon. Fadipe not to step back because you are getting there soon as God always reward labour according to his work and commitment”.

“I appreciate all leaders in the All progress congress (APC) to ensure and make a stability to gain power in the election 2023”.
