Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, is scheduled to present the 2025 Appropriation Bill to the Oyo State House of Assembly on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
The presentation will take place at the House of Assembly Complex, Secretariat, Agodi, in Ibadan.
The governor’s budget presentation follows a series of Stakeholders’ Consultative Forum meetings held across the state’s five zones.
These forums allowed residents to provide input on the 2025 budget, reflecting Governor Makinde’s commitment to a participatory budget process.
Governor Makinde also disclosed on Monday that the performance of the 2024 Budget had reached 64 percent as of November, underscoring the administration’s progress in executing its plans for the year.
