Gov Makinde Makes New Appointments After Returning from Annual Leave

Upon his return from a four-week annual leave on Monday, Oyo State Governor ‘Seyi Makinde announced a new set of appointments, including an Executive Assistant on Sports Development and members to three Boards.

Engr. Akin Akinleye was appointed as the Executive Assistant on Sports Development, while members were appointed to the Boards of the Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service, Oyo State Pension, and the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State.

The appointments, as stated in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi, include Mogaji Oladosu Ademola as Vice Chairman of the Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service Board, representing Oyo South, alongside Hon. Akinsola Ismael, Mrs Oluwakemi Roseline Alabi, Alhaji Mojeed Agbaje, Oladipupo Christiana Oluwarinu, and Mr Oyegbami Oyewale as members representing various zones.

The Oyo State Pension Board appointees are Hon. Oluwatubosun Babarinde and Adeniyi Busola Esther, representing Oyo Central and Oyo South respectively. Meanwhile, Engr. Mudasiru Busari, Ajao Ibrahim Akinsanmi, and Prince Olumuyiwa Akinbiyi were appointed to the Board of the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State, representing Oyo North, Oyo Central, and Oyo South respectively.

All appointments take effect immediately.”
