Gov. Aliyu Distributes N100m to Victims of Sokoto Market Fire

Sokoto State Governor, Ahmed Aliyu, has begun distributing N100 million, provided by the state government, to those affected by the recent fire at the Sokoto central market.

This information was detailed in a statement from the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Malam Abubakar Bawa, which was released to the press on Saturday in Sokoto.

According to Bawa, Governor Aliyu was represented by the Committee’s Chairman, Senator Sahabi Gada, during the distribution of the financial aid. The beneficiaries were categorized based on the extent of their losses.
