Gov Adeleke, Ooni of Ife, Others Grace Olajengbesi’s Law Office Launch, Reveals Vision for 2027 House of Reps Seat

Prominent lawyer, human rights advocate, and arbitrator, Barrister Pelumi Olajengbesi, officially inaugurated his new law office in a ceremony of impressive scale and significance in Osun State.

The event, graced by political dignitaries, traditional rulers, and prominent figures, highlighted Olajengbesi’s legal accomplishments and his emerging political ambitions to represent the Oriade-Obokun Federal Constituency in Nigeria’s Federal House of Representatives come 2027.

Among those in attendance was Osun State Governor, His Excellency (Asiwaju) Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke, who extolled Barrister Olajengbesi’s dedication to justice and public service.

He noted that Olajengbesi’s achievements in advocacy and public service illustrate the kind of progressive leadership the country needs, stating, “His steadfast dedication to justice exemplifies the values that are essential for transformative political leadership.”

The event also enjoyed the presence of His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II, Chairman of the Osun State Council of Obas.

The revered Ooni of Ife addressed the gathering, commending Barrister Olajengbesi for his contributions to human rights and for preserving traditional values within the legal profession.

“True leadership lies in service and integrity,” the Ooni declared. “Barrister Olajengbesi embodies the aspirations of our people and stands ready to bring transformative change.”

Hon. Adewale Olumide Egbedun; Hon. Adewumi Adeyemi Irekandu of Obokun State Constituency; and Osun State PDP Chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi, joined by the party’s state PRO.

Other notable attendees included traditional rulers such as the Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa and the Vice Chairman of the Osun State Council of Obas, His Royal Majesty Oba Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, among others.
