The Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR has approved the appointment of Dr. Nafiu Olatunde Aigoro as the new head of the civil service of Ogun State. The appointment is with effect from Thursday, 4th November, 2021.
Dr. Aigoro until appointment was Permanent Secretary, Hospitals Management Board. He joined the state public service at the hospitals management board as consultant (orthopedic), GL 15 on the 6th January, 1998. He was born on the 25th March, 1963.
Dr Aigoro is a consultant orthopedic/Trauma Surgeon with special interest in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty. He is a fellow of many professional bodies including: Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), Nigerian Orthopedic Association, International College of Surgeons, SICOT – International Association of Orthopedic Surgeons and Traumatologists, Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and Nigeria Institute of Management.
He is a recipient of Awards including ‘The Best Health Worker Award’ 2007by the Ogun state Government.
