Federal Character Commission Honours FRSC, Reiterates Commitment To Safer Roads

The Federal Character Commission (FCC) has conferred the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) with an award in appreciation of the Corps’ continuous cooperation to the Commission towards achieving it’s mandate.

The honour was presented by the Executive Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Muheeba Dankaka OON during the maiden edition of the FCC award held on Monday, in Nikon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

Dr. Muheeba stated while presenting the award that the Federal Road Safety Corps has been a dependable and reliable ally and has proved that through the continuous support the Federal Character Commission receives from the Corps at all times.

Reacting to the honour, the Acting Corps Marshal, Dauda Ali Biu appreciated the Commission for it’s stand towards equity in public service and stated that the award is a call to do more.

He assured the public of the Corps’ readiness to extend it’s hands of collaboration to other organizations, both in public and private sector in order to make the roads safe for all to use.
