The Department of State Services (DSS) has returned the passport of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) President, Joe Ajaero, after concluding their investigation.

Labour leaders in Abuja disclosed on Tuesday that the secret police found no incriminating evidence against Ajaero.

Earlier reports indicated that the DSS, under pressure from various stakeholders, released Ajaero on bail on Monday, just minutes before the NLC’s set ultimatum expired.
