The Director-General, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim has paid a condolelence visit to the family of late Corps Member, Ngbawa Lilian IM/18B/1424, who was murdered in Imo State few days after she completed her National Service.
The deceased served at St.Gregory Secondary School, Amiri in Oru-East Local Government Area of Imo State.
While receiving the DG during the visit, the father of the late Corps Member, Mr Mgbanwa commended the Director-General and other security agencies for their efforts in arresting the perpetrators of the heinous act.
Mgbanwa however appealed for effective security for all Corps Members in their place of primary assignments and respective Corps Lodges.
While addressing Corps Members, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim reiterated the riot act against unauthorized journeys as he equally advised them to be security conscious at all time.
