COVID-19: OGUNCCIMA Presents Relief Materials To Ogun State Govt.

The Ogun State Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OGUNCCIMA) led by the First Deputy President, Alhaji Olaleye Wasiu earlier today donated relief materials to Ogun State Government, the initiative which was meant to cushion the effects of the lockdown caused by Corona Virus pandemic.

OGUNCCIMA RELIEF MATERIALS AS PRESENTED TO OGUN STATE GOVERNMENT INCLUDES;

1, 250 cartoons of Indomie noodles.

2, 50 Crates of eggs.

3, 480 by 40ml hand sanitizers.

4, 25ltrs of red palm oil

5, 25 packs of Rite Carbonated Drinks.

6, 10 packs of table water.

7, 2 bags of Beans.

8. Four Mouka mattress (Hospital 36 by 6)

While receiving the relief materials, Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. (Mrs) Noimot Oyedele – Salako said the donations would complement the drive of Ogun State government in it’s quest to feed over 500, 000 household in Ogun State to cushion the Corona virus effects on the people.

Engr. Noimot Oyedele – Salako however used the opportunity to assure member of the public that His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun is doing his best to flatten the curve of the disease while at the same time assuring that the relief materials would be judiciously utilized to serve its purpose.

She seized the opportunity to remind everyone to wash their hands regularly, practice respiratory hygiene by sneezing into the elbows, keep social distancing and wear a face mask.

In attendance were the Honourable Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Mrs. Kikelomo Longe, Mr. Akinola Lawson, Otunba A. Babs Adesanya, Alhaji R. O. Maku, Alhaji Bidemi Mulero, Mrs. Jumoke Akinlolu – Okoya, Mrs. Elizabeth Tunwase, Mr. Wakeel Olaniyan among other members of OGUNCCIMA.
