Chrisland University Holds Preparatory Seminar for Senior Secondary School Students April 7

Chrisland University, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, is set to hold a one-day Preparatory Seminar for Senior Secondary School Students in anticipation of their next level in life.

The seminar is to take place on Thursday April 7, 2022 at the University Auditorium at 10:00 am.

Students from some selected private secondary schools in Ogun State will gather at the auditorium while several other students elsewhere in Lagos, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, Rivers States and Abuja are to join online.

In a press statement signed by the Institution’s Head, Public Relations, Mr Ayo Arowojolu, the seminar is themed: “Maximizing University Education” .

The University, Mr Arowojolu disclosed, has packaged the event with the intention of addressing the lacuna that has been identified in the inability of students to attain excellence in their academic sojourn in universities.

Highlights of the event are; counselling sessions on how to become an excellent student; the journey to First Class after gaining admission to University; the pathways to fulfillment in career choices, as well as gaining mastery in how to measure academic performance.

The seminar will additionally feature a session that will be devoted to intimate the students with JAMB admission processes through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

At the end of the seminar, students will be equipped with adequate information needed to excel in their academic sojourn in the various Universities of their choices.
